1. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, attendees will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. The refund will be processed within 5 business days (max) of the cancellation or rescheduling announcement. If an event is rescheduled, attendees will have the option to retain their ticket for the new date or request a full refund.

2. Personal Circumstances: If an attendee can no longer attend an event due to personal circumstances, the refund will be at the discretion of the event organizer. We encourage attendees to reach out to the event organizer directly to request a refund. Please note that some organizers may have their own refund policies in place, which may differ from Teeket's policy.

3. Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method. Teeket is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider.

4. Refund Requests: All refund requests should be made at least 24 hours before the event. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event may not be approved. To request a refund, attendees should use the refund feature in the Teeket app or contact the event organizer directly or reach out to Teeket's customer support.

5. Non-refundable Fees: Please note that any service or processing fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
